HOW IT WORKS
Purpose: Assessment of endometrial and ovarian status.
Location: At an IVF HELP partner clinic.
What is examined: Uterus and endometrium.
- Endometrial thickness (normal range: 8–12 mm).
- Absence of pathologies (cysts, fibroids).

Mandatory tests for the surrogate (according to IVF HELP requirements):
- Blood: Complete blood count, biochemistry, hormones (FSH, LH, prolactin), coagulogram.
- Infections: HIV, Hepatitis B/C, syphilis, TORCH complex.
- Urine: General analysis.
- Genetics: Karyotyping (if indicated).

- Physician's report (general health).
- Psychiatrist's report (absence of mental disorders).
- Narcologist's report (absence of addictions).
- Fluorography (valid for 1 year).
- Notarized spousal consent (if the surrogate is married).

Stages:
- Synchronization of the surrogate's cycle with the biological material/donor (hormonal therapy).
- Endometrial preparation (progesterone, estrogens).
- Ultrasound monitoring every 3-5 days.
